Chicago Gourmet is in 3 days! Woohoo! Check out this segment we did at Trenchermen. These guys are totally whacky when it comes to food. I mean… pig skin noodles?! Who thinks of these things?! And who’s excited to taste them at Chicago Gourmet?! (BTW, I told them that they’re total weirdos… they didn’t deny it!)
