About Camille
My resume in short:
-Grew up in the restaurant business. (My mother opened her restaurant when I was 11.)
-Lived in Rome, Italy for 3 years. (Traveled and ate my way through the entire country as well as others. Spent a great deal of time in Sicily, as well. Loved every second of it.)
-Attended culinary school at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. (Worked as an intern in the Vetri kitchen.)
-Ran my family’s regional Italian restaurant as Head Chef for 7 years. (Check it out: Nanis.com)
-Worked at Mario Batali’s Michelin starred NYC restaurant, Del Posto as a FOH and private dining manager.
-Am currently an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
-Watch for me on NBC’s Non-Stop channel for Foodies, Chicago! (It also airs in NYC, DC, Philly, Miami, Dallas, LA, San Diego, SF at 9:30 on Monday & Friday nights.)
I love exploring a city through its food scene and lucky for me, Chicago has a great one. You just have to find it!
